FullStory

Polytomic connects FullStory to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for digital experience ETL. Replicate events and users into your data warehouse and other systems so session behaviour can be analyzed alongside product, billing, and CRM data, without writing code.

Event level detail

Individual events with session and page context, not aggregated reports.

Custom properties preserved

Your event and user properties collected into structured field bags.

Bulk export based

Uses FullStory's asynchronous export rather than paging an API row by row.

What you can sync

FullStory is supported as a source. Read events and users, then land them in your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools.

How it works

Connect FullStory with an API key and Polytomic reads events and users into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools. Session and page identifiers travel on the event rows, so you can reconstruct a session without a separate sessions table.

Reads use FullStory's asynchronous export rather than paging an API. Polytomic requests an export covering the period since the last checkpoint, waits for FullStory to produce it, then downloads and streams the result.

  • Connect FullStory with an API key
  • Read events and users
  • Get session and page context on each event row
  • Custom event and user properties collected into field bags
  • Reads run through FullStory's asynchronous export flow
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface
