Airtable

Polytomic connects Airtable to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for ETL and reverse ETL. Replicate bases and tables into your data warehouse and other systems, and keep Airtable in two way sync with your CRM, your database, or your data warehouse, without writing code.

Two way syncing

Keep Airtable and your CRM or database aligned, with per field write rules.

Creates tables and fields

Polytomic can build the destination table and add fields as your source changes.

Real Airtable field types

Linked records, attachments, multi select, formulas, and rollups all mapped.

Example workflows

Keep Airtable and your CRM in two way sync on the fields you choose

What you can sync

Move data between Airtable and your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools, reading records out and creating or updating them from your models.

From Airtable

Tables and their records across any base you can access
Linked records, attachments, multi select, and collaborators
Formula, rollup, lookup, and count fields, read only
Grid views as model sources, scoped to visible records and fields
Base and table metadata models

To Airtable

Records created, updated, upserted, and deleted
Create, update, create or update, append, and replace
New tables and fields created automatically
Matching on Airtable record ID or any non system field
Per field write rules, including do not overwrite

How it works

Connect Airtable with OAuth and Polytomic reads your base and table metadata to build real typed schemas. From there you can replicate Airtable into your data warehouse, load modeled data back into Airtable, or run both directions so Airtable and another system stay aligned.

Two way syncing is where per field control matters. You can set one field to always sync from the source, and another to only fill in when Airtable's value is empty, which is how teams keep Airtable editable without a sync overwriting someone's work.

  • Connect Airtable with OAuth
  • Discover bases, tables, and field types from the metadata API
  • Read records with a synthetic record ID always available
  • Write with create, update, upsert, append, or replace
  • Create destination tables and add fields automatically
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface

How to set up

Polytomic connects to Airtable using OAuth with PKCE and refresh tokens, requesting record read and write plus base schema read and write. Custom OAuth application credentials are supported if your security team prefers, including for self hosted deployments.

How to get connected
  1. 1In Polytomic, navigate to Connections, then Add Connection, then Airtable
  2. 2Click Connect to Airtable
  3. 3Authorize access to the bases you want to sync
  4. 4Grant record and base schema scopes
