Objects are discovered from your workspace rather than fixed, so people, companies, deals, users, workspaces and every custom object appear automatically. Alongside those you get notes, workspace members, meetings, meeting participants, meeting linked records, call recordings and call transcripts. Each list becomes its own table too. Tasks and comments are not exposed as tables, which is the main gap to know about when planning what you can model.

Does every run reload the whole workspace?

Only if you leave webhooks off. Attio has no updated timestamp to filter on, so a plain bulk sync is a full read each time. Enabling webhook updates makes the first run a full load and subsequent runs incremental, driven by change events. That applies to object records, list entries, notes and stage history. Because webhook delivery is not guaranteed, a periodic full run is still worth scheduling to reconcile anything missed.
