Attio relationships can be set by pointing at a unique field on the related record rather than requiring its internal identifier, and companies and people get dedicated domain and email handling for exactly this reason. Where a source column holds several company identifiers, the record is associated with every valid one rather than only the first. A reference that resolves to nothing fails that record by default, though there is a setting to skip the relationship and write the rest instead.

Deletes, first of all, so records are created and updated but never removed. Notes, meetings, call recordings, workspace members and the derived stage history are readable but not writable. Plan on creating the objects and attributes you need in Attio first, then mapping onto them.
