People, events and objects
Write people and attributes, custom objects, segments, person events and devices.
Sync Redshift to Customer.io with Polytomic so messaging runs on the same numbers as reporting. Push people, attributes, events, objects and segments from your data warehouse, with reverse ETL querying the cluster directly rather than staging through storage.
Write people and attributes, custom objects, segments, person events and devices.
New attributes can be defined in the mapping instead of created in Customer.io first.
Model reads query the cluster directly, so no S3 permissions are needed.

Connect Redshift to Polytomic with cluster details, credentials, and an S3 staging bucket.
Polytomic uses both Customer.io APIs to write data in. The Track API handles the actual writes and authenticates with your Site ID and Track API key. The App API handles discovery, segment listing, and creating segments or custom object types, and uses your App API key. Your account region is detected automatically. To read Customer.io data out, Polytomic connects to the cloud storage bucket that Customer.io's warehouse export writes to.
