Create, update, and update or create are offered where NetSuite advertises them. There is no general delete mode.

NetSuite expects records with defined fields, and nested or repeated warehouse values do not map onto that cleanly, so custom SQL that produces one row per record with scalar columns is the right starting point. Related references can be expressed through an internal id, an external id, or a reference name, and line item mappings are coalesced into the parent record's payload rather than sent as separate calls.
