NetSuite

Polytomic connects NetSuite to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for ERP ETL and reverse ETL. Replicate customers, invoices, sales orders, and custom records into your data warehouse and other systems, and write records back into NetSuite from Salesforce or your data warehouse, without writing code.

Writes into NetSuite

The connector to use when records need to go back into the ERP.

Custom records supported

Custom record types and custom fields both read and write.

Match on your own IDs

Example workflows

What you can sync

Move data between NetSuite and your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools. This is the connector to use when you need to write into NetSuite.

Inventory, service, and non inventory items

Custom record types configured in your account

Create, update, and create or update

How it works

This connector talks to NetSuite through its SuiteTalk web services, which is what makes it the one that can write. Customers, sales orders, contacts, jobs, item fulfillments, and custom records can all be created or updated from a model.

Identity matching is where it earns its keep. Beyond NetSuite's internal and external IDs, you can match on any custom field, which is how teams link a NetSuite customer to a Salesforce account ID and keep the two systems in step without a middleware layer.

  • Connect NetSuite with credentials from your account
  • Read entities, transactions, items, and structural records
  • Read custom record types your finance team configured
  • Write customers, contacts, sales orders, jobs, and custom records
  • Match on external ID, internal ID, or any custom field
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface

How to set up

Setup needs someone with NetSuite administrator access to create the credentials and grant the permissions your syncs require. Once connected, standard and custom record types appear for selection, and NetSuite becomes available as a destination.

How to get connected
  1. 1Ask a NetSuite administrator to create integration credentials
  2. 2Grant the permissions your intended objects require
  3. 3In Polytomic, navigate to Connections, then Add Connection, then NetSuite
  4. 4Enter the credentials and account details
  5. 5Test the connection
  6. 6Select objects or build a write model, set a schedule, and click Save

See the documentation for full setup details.
