For loading a data warehouse, NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect is usually the better choice. It exposes every SuiteAnalytics table and column your role can see, including custom tables, discovered from the NetSuite metadata itself, which is a much wider surface than the API offers. The standard NetSuite connector runs on SuiteTalk REST and SOAP and suits API records and two way syncing with other applications. If you hold the SuiteAnalytics Connect licence and the goal is broad extraction, use it.

What NetSuite data can I load into BigQuery?

Through SuiteTalk, the record types your configured role can see, read from the REST metadata catalogue, plus a combined Transactions object. Several records are handled over SOAP, including credit memos, customer deposits, payments and refunds, discount items, employees, invoices, non inventory sale items and sales orders. Through SuiteAnalytics Connect you get the full set of tables and columns your role can reach, which for most finance teams is considerably more.

For SuiteTalk: enable SOAP and REST Web Services and token based authentication, create an Integration record, build an API only role with the right permissions, assign a user, create an access token, then bring the account, consumer and token details across. For SuiteAnalytics Connect: the licence, OAuth 2.0 enabled, an Integration using the machine to machine grant with the SuiteAnalytics Connect scope, a suitable role, and an RSA key pair with the public certificate uploaded.

What happens in BigQuery if a NetSuite record is deleted?

It stays until something reconciles it, and that is worth planning for rather than discovering during a close. Neither NetSuite path turns deletions into delete events today, so an incremental run will not mark the row as gone. The SOAP types do mention deleted records and SuiteAnalytics metadata does flag which tables allow hard deletes, but none of that is wired into the sync. A periodic full resync is how you clear rows that are no longer there.
