Apollo.io

Polytomic connects Apollo.io to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for enrichment, ETL, and reverse ETL. Enrich records inline with Apollo person and company data, sync accounts, deals, and calls out, and push contacts into Apollo sequences, without writing code.

Inline enrichment

Person and company data attaches to each record as it moves through a sync.

Add contacts to sequences

Create or update a contact and enroll it in a sequence in one step.

Enriched fields are real fields

Apollo values can be mapped, filtered, and written to any destination.

Example workflows

Enrich leads with Apollo data before they reach your CRM

What you can sync

Move data between Apollo and your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools, enriching records inline, reading activity out, and writing contacts and accounts back in.

From Apollo.io

Person enrichment on email, LinkedIn URL, or name and company
Company enrichment on domain
Accounts, with an optional account stage filter
Deals
Calls, read incrementally with a lookback window

To Apollo.io

Contacts, created and updated
Accounts, created and updated
Contacts added to a chosen sequence
Matching on Apollo ID, email, name, or domain
Custom fields including picklists, dates, and user lookups

How it works

Apollo works three ways on Polytomic. As an enrichment step it fills in person and company data on records passing through a sync. As a source it reads accounts, deals, and calls. As a destination it writes contacts and accounts, and enrolls people into sequences.

Enrichment is the part most teams start with. You map an identifier such as an email or a domain, choose which Apollo fields you want, and those values become ordinary model fields you can filter on and write anywhere, not just a lookup you view once.

  • Connect Apollo with a master API key
  • Add person or company enrichment to a model sync
  • Match on email, LinkedIn URL, name and company, or domain
  • Read accounts, deals, and calls as source objects
  • Write contacts and accounts, or enroll contacts in a sequence
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface

How to set up

Polytomic authenticates to Apollo with an API key sent as a request header. Apollo requires a master key for the endpoints this connector uses, so a scoped key will surface a permissions error rather than partially working.

How to get connected
  1. 1In Apollo, generate a master API key
  2. 2In Polytomic, navigate to Connections, then Add Connection, then Apollo.io
  3. 3Paste the API key
  4. 4Test the connection
  5. 5Create a model sync and add enrichment, or target contacts, accounts, or a sequence
  6. 6Map your identity fields and click Save

See the documentation for full setup details.
