How it works
Connect App Store Connect with an API key and Polytomic pulls Apple's report families into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools. Sales, subscriptions, finance, and app analytics all land as tables you can query rather than files someone downloads each month.
Apple publishes reports on its own schedule and a period that is not ready yet simply returns nothing. Polytomic keeps recently missing periods on the checkpoint and retries them on later runs, so a report that appears a day late still gets collected.

How to set up
Polytomic authenticates using Apple's App Store Connect API with a signed token built from your issuer ID, key ID, and downloaded private key. Sales and finance reports additionally require your vendor number, which identifies the account whose reports you are pulling.
How to get connected
- 1In App Store Connect, create an API key and note the issuer ID and key ID
- 2Download the private key file, which Apple only offers once
- 3Find your vendor number in Payments and Financial Reports
- 4In Polytomic, navigate to Connections, then Add Connection, then App Store Connect
- 5Enter the issuer ID, key ID, private key, and vendor number
- 6Test the connection and click Save
