How it works
Build a model on your data warehouse, database, or SaaS tools and write the result into a Botpress Table. This is reverse ETL for conversational agents: the reference data your bot needs to answer accurately comes from the systems that own it, on a schedule, rather than being pasted in and going stale.
Polytomic can create the destination table for you and add fields as your model changes, then upsert rows in large batches keyed on a column you choose.

How to set up
Polytomic authenticates to the Botpress Cloud API with a personal access token, scoped to the bot you specify. Once connected, your existing tables appear as destinations and Polytomic can create new ones.
