What you can sync

Brevo is supported as a destination. Build a model on your data warehouse, database, or SaaS tools and write the result into Brevo contacts and lists.

From your sources

Data warehouses including Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks
Databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
SaaS tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Stripe
Spreadsheets, cloud storage, and custom APIs

To Brevo

Contacts, created and updated
Contacts loaded into a selected list
New lists and folders created during setup
List membership added or removed by list ID
Existing custom contact attributes

How it works

Build a model on your data warehouse, database, or SaaS tools, map its fields to Brevo contact attributes, and choose whether to create, update, or do both. This is reverse ETL: the segment you defined in your data warehouse becomes an audience your marketing team can send to, without a manual export.

You can write to contacts generally, or target a specific Brevo list so the sync doubles as audience management. List loads use Brevo's bulk import, which is considerably more efficient than writing contacts one at a time.

  • Connect Brevo with an API key
  • Map model fields to standard and existing custom contact attributes
  • Match on Brevo contact ID, email, or a custom attribute
  • Choose create, update, or update or create
  • Add or remove list membership by list ID
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface

How to set up

Polytomic authenticates to Brevo with an API key sent in the request header. Once connected, your existing Brevo contact attributes are discovered and become mappable fields, so you map model columns onto the attributes you already have configured.

How to get connected
  1. 1In Brevo, generate an API key under your account settings
  2. 2In Polytomic, navigate to Connections, then Add Connection, then Brevo
  3. 3Paste your Brevo API key
  4. 4Test the connection
  5. 5Create a sync and choose Contacts or a specific list as the target
  6. 6Click Save

See the documentation for full setup details.
