Attribution data on every booking
Invitees and routing form submissions carry UTM source, medium, campaign, and content. Marketing can trace a meeting back to the channel that booked it.
Polytomic connects Calendly to your data warehouse, databases, and other tools for ETL. Sync scheduled meetings with their invitees and UTM attribution, without writing code.

Polytomic reads your organization straight from the access token. Meetings, event types, and groups across the account sync without an org ID to look up.
A canceled meeting keeps its record, with who canceled it, their role, and the reason. Nothing silently disappears from the sync.
Attribute booked meetings to the marketing campaign that drove them
Calendly is supported as a source. Sync meetings, invitees, event types, and the rest of your account's scheduling data into your data warehouse, databases, or other tools.
Connect Calendly with a personal access token. Polytomic reads your organization directly from that token. Scheduled meetings, invitees, event types, groups, routing forms, and contacts then sync without you providing an organization ID. Each invitee carries the UTM parameters captured when they booked.
Invitees sync as a separate read for every meeting. An account with years of meeting history takes longer to sync than one with just a few months. Every object reads in full on each run. Calendly does not expose a changed-since filter for any of them. Canceled meetings stay in the sync with who canceled them, when, and why.
Calendly connects with a personal access token tied to your account. Create the token in Calendly, then enter it when you add the connection in Polytomic.
