CallRail

Polytomic connects CallRail to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for call tracking ETL. Replicate calls with their attribution, transcription, and conversation intelligence fields into your data warehouse and other systems so phone conversions can be measured alongside digital channels, without writing code.

What you can sync

CallRail is supported as a source. Read call tracking data and land it in your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools.

From CallRail

Calls with duration, outcome, and tracker detail
Keywords, source, campaign, medium, UTMs, and click IDs
Transcriptions, summaries, highlights, and sentiment
Recording URLs and durations
Accounts, companies, and tags

To your destinations

Data warehouses including Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks
Databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL
Cloud storage including Amazon S3 and Azure Blob Storage
SaaS tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, and ad platforms

How it works

Connect CallRail with an API key and Polytomic reads your call data into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools. Accounts are discovered automatically, so a multi account setup does not need separate configuration for each one.

Calls arrive with their full attribution chain and any conversation intelligence CallRail has generated, which is what makes phone conversions comparable to web conversions rather than a separate silo your marketing reporting ignores.

  • Connect CallRail with an API key
  • Accounts are discovered automatically from the API
  • Read calls with attribution, transcription, and recording fields
  • Sync calls incrementally from a per account checkpoint
  • Optionally set a start cutoff to limit the initial backfill
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface

How to set up

Polytomic authenticates to CallRail with an API key sent as a token header. You do not need to supply an account ID, since accounts are discovered through the API and each is checkpointed separately.

How to get connected
  1. 1In CallRail, generate an API key
  2. 2In Polytomic, navigate to Connections, then Add Connection, then CallRail
  3. 3Paste the API key
  4. 4Optionally set a start time cutoff to limit the initial read
  5. 5Test the connection
  6. 6Select calls, companies, tags, or accounts and click Save

See the documentation for full setup details.
