How it works

Connect Chili Piper with an API key and select the objects you want. Polytomic lands meetings and routing configuration in your data warehouse, so booked meetings can be joined to CRM opportunities and marketing spend rather than analyzed in isolation.

The Chili Piper API returns meetings in bounded date ranges, so Polytomic reads them in successive windows and stitches the results together, overlapping each run slightly and deduplicating by meeting ID so nothing is double counted.

  • Discover meetings, rules, distributions, workspaces, users, and teams
  • Read meetings incrementally in overlapping date windows
  • Deduplicate by meeting ID so overlap does not inflate counts
  • Read routing and org objects with full paginated scans
  • Retry automatically with bounded backoff on rate limits
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface

How to set up

Polytomic authenticates to Chili Piper with a static API key sent as a bearer token. There is no OAuth flow, so setup is a single credential and a connection test. The key inherits whatever organization level access it was issued with.

How to get connected
  1. 1In Chili Piper, generate an API key for your organization
  2. 2In Polytomic, navigate to Connections, then Add Connection, then Chili Piper
  3. 3Paste your API key
