Chorus

Polytomic connects Chorus to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for conversation intelligence ETL. Replicate engagements, conversations with full transcripts, emails, and scorecards into your data warehouse and other systems so call content can be analyzed against pipeline, without writing code.

What you can sync

Chorus is supported as a source. Read engagements, conversations, and coaching data, then land them in your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools.

From Chorus

Engagements with participants, summaries, and action items
Conversations with transcript utterances and speaker clusters
Emails
Scorecards
Users
Tracker matches nested on engagements and conversations

To your destinations

Data warehouses including Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks
Databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL
Cloud storage including Amazon S3 and Azure Blob Storage
SaaS tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, and spreadsheets

How it works

Connect Chorus and choose the objects you want. Polytomic reads engagements and their conversations into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools, so what was said on calls can be joined to what happened in the pipeline afterwards.

Conversations carry the transcript as an array of utterances, each with its text, speaker name and type, and timing. Speaker clusters give you who spoke when, so talk ratio and objection analysis are possible without extra processing.

  • Connect Chorus with an API key or username and password
  • Read engagements, conversations, emails, scorecards, and users
  • Get transcript utterances with speaker labels and timings
  • Sync engagements and conversations incrementally with safety overlap
  • Pull tracker matches to see which keywords fired
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface
