How it works

Connect Clari Copilot with an API key and password and choose your objects. Polytomic reads calls and their details into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools, so conversation content sits next to the deal outcomes it influenced.

Calls carry the metadata and deal context, while call details add the transcript, summaries, discussed topics, action items, and competitor sentiment. Splitting them that way means you can sync call level reporting cheaply and add transcript detail only where you need it.

  • Connect with a Clari Copilot API key and API password
  • Read calls, call details, scorecards, topics, and users
  • Get transcript segments with speaker IDs and timings
  • Sync calls incrementally on last modified time with overlap
  • Requests are paced below Clari's published rate limits
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface
