What you can sync

Move call center data out of CloudTalk into your data warehouse, databases, and other systems, with agent, contact, and billing details already joined onto each call.

From CloudTalk

Calls with agent, contact, and billing details
Contacts and custom fields
Campaigns, agents, and groups
Notes and activities on contacts
Numbers, tags, blacklist, and countries

How it works

Connect CloudTalk with an API access key and choose which collections to sync, such as calls, contacts, campaigns, and agents. Polytomic reads each collection from the CloudTalk API and lands it in your data warehouse, databases, or other destinations, joining related records like agent, contact, and billing details onto each call along the way.

CloudTalk does not expose a way to filter records by when they last changed, so every sync reads the complete collection. Polytomic requests data at CloudTalk's largest page size to keep each run efficient within CloudTalk's account-wide request limit.

  • Calls arrive with agent, contact, and billing details already joined
  • Contact custom attributes sync automatically alongside standard contact fields
  • Campaigns, agents, groups, and numbers available as separate collections
  • Tags and notes travel along with their related calls and contacts
  • Requests batched at CloudTalk's largest page size to reduce API calls
  • Full-collection reads each run, since CloudTalk has no change filter

How to set up

CloudTalk authenticates with an Access Key ID and Access Key Secret rather than OAuth. Generate these credentials in your CloudTalk account, then enter them when you add the connection in Polytomic.
