Delighted

Polytomic connects Delighted to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for customer feedback ETL. Replicate survey responses, people, and Autopilot memberships into your data warehouse and other systems so NPS and CSAT sit alongside revenue and support data, without writing code.

What you can sync

Delighted is supported as a source. Read survey responses and audience data, then land it in your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools.

How it works

Connect Delighted with an API key and choose the objects you want. Polytomic reads them into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools, so feedback scores can be joined to revenue, usage, and support history rather than analyzed inside Delighted alone.

Responses carry the person properties and tags you attach when sending surveys, so the segmentation you already set up in Delighted comes through and can be extended with whatever else lives in your data warehouse.

  • Connect Delighted with an API key
  • Select survey responses, people, unsubscribes, bounces, or Autopilot members
  • Read scores, comments, additional answers, tags, and notes
  • Land the data in your data warehouse for your own NPS calculations
  • Retry automatically with bounded backoff on rate limits
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface
