How it works
Connect Dialpad with an API key or OAuth and sync in either direction. Pull call logs, transcripts, and statistics into your data warehouse so phone activity can be measured against pipeline, and write contacts back so the dialer reflects your CRM rather than drifting from it.
Transcripts are their own collection keyed by call rather than being embedded in the call record, so you can sync call activity cheaply and add transcript content only where you need it.

How to set up
Polytomic supports both a Dialpad API key sent as a bearer token and an OAuth authorization flow with refresh tokens. Either works for the main call and contact objects.
How to get connected

- 2In Polytomic, navigate to Connections, then Add Connection, then Dialpad
- 3Paste the API key, or complete the OAuth authorization
