Freshdesk

Polytomic connects Freshdesk to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for support ETL and reverse ETL. Replicate tickets, conversations, contacts, and companies into your data warehouse and other systems, and write enriched contact and company data back into Freshdesk, without writing code.

What you can sync

Move data between Freshdesk and your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools, reading the support object model out and writing contacts and companies back in.

From Freshdesk

Tickets with their custom field values
Conversations with HTML and plain text bodies and attachments
Contacts and companies
Agents and ticket forms
Custom field definitions with type coercion

To Freshdesk

Contacts, created and updated
Companies, created and updated
Create only, update only, and create or update
Matching contacts on email, phone, mobile, or Twitter ID
Separate field mappings for creates and updates

How it works

Connect Freshdesk with an API key and your subdomain, then sync in either direction. Pull tickets, conversations, contacts, and companies into your data warehouse so support volume can be joined to revenue, or write attributes back so agents see plan and usage context on the record.

Conversations come through as their own table linked by ticket ID rather than nested inside tickets, carrying both the HTML and plain text body plus attachment metadata. That is the shape you want if you plan to analyze what was actually written.

  • Connect Freshdesk with an API key and your subdomain
  • Read tickets, conversations, contacts, companies, agents, and ticket forms
  • Get custom fields discovered and coerced to real types
  • Write contacts and companies with create, update, or upsert
  • Use separate field mappings for creates versus updates
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface
