Connect Gainsight with an access key and your Gainsight domain. Rather than offering a fixed object list, Polytomic asks Gainsight what your tenant actually exposes, so standard objects and the custom MDA objects your team built both appear with their real fields and picklist values.
On the write side the surface is deliberately narrow: calls to action and tasks. That is the piece that closes the loop, letting a churn signal computed in your data warehouse become a CTA in the queue rather than a dashboard nobody checks.

How to set up
Polytomic authenticates with a Gainsight API access key sent as a request header, against the domain you supply. Enter the hostname only, such as yourcompany.gainsightcloud.com, without a scheme or path.
