How it works
Connect a Gmail account with OAuth and Polytomic reads its messages and labels into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools. A connection covers the authorised mailbox, so syncing several mailboxes means adding several connections.
Messages come through as Gmail's complete raw content, which means headers, body parts, and MIME structure are all present rather than being pre-selected for you. You parse out what you need downstream, and nothing is lost on the way in.

How to set up
Polytomic connects using Google OAuth with offline access, requesting read only Gmail scope plus the account email. You can supply your own OAuth client credentials, but the flow remains per user authorization.
How to get connected

- 2Click Connect and authorize the mailbox you want to sync
- 3Grant read only Gmail access
- 4Optionally set a date cutoff to limit the initial read
