How it works
Connect Gong with an access key and secret or through OAuth, and choose your objects. Polytomic reads calls, transcripts, scorecards, and trackers into your data warehouse, so what was said on a call can be joined to whether the deal closed.
The destination side is narrow and specific: assigning CRM prospects to a Gong Engage flow. That lets a scored list built in your data warehouse become an outreach flow without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.

How to set up
Polytomic supports two authentication paths. An access key and secret generated in Gong, paired with your Gong subdomain, is the simplest. OAuth is also available but needs a Gong administrator to approve the application, and requests object specific read scopes plus flow read and write.
