Gorgias

Polytomic connects Gorgias to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for ecommerce support ETL. Replicate tickets, messages, customers, satisfaction surveys, and voice calls into your data warehouse and other systems so support data sits next to orders and revenue, without writing code.

How it works

Connect Gorgias with your subdomain and an API key and choose the objects you want. Polytomic reads them into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools, so support volume and satisfaction can be analyzed next to orders, products, and revenue rather than only inside Gorgias.

Messages come through as their own table linked to tickets, including bodies in both HTML and text, attachments, and headers. That is what makes ticket content usable for analysis rather than just counting tickets.

  • Connect Gorgias with your subdomain, account email, and API key
  • Select from tickets, messages, customers, surveys, voice, and configuration
  • Read messages as a separate table linked by ticket
  • Pull custom field definitions and their normalized values
  • Retry rate limited requests with jitter and honor retry headers
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface

How to set up

Polytomic authenticates to Gorgias using basic authentication, with your account email as the username and an API key as the password. Your Gorgias subdomain is required since all requests are routed to your own Gorgias domain. There is no OAuth option.
