Granola MCP

Polytomic connects Granola to your data warehouse, databases, and other tools for ETL. Sync meeting notes, transcripts, and AI summaries for coaching and revenue reporting, without writing code.

Notes with full transcripts

Each synced note brings its complete meeting transcript along in the same run, without a separate export step.

Private notes and AI summaries

Each note's private notes and AI generated summary sync alongside its metadata, ready for coaching or deal review.

Rate limits respected

Requests are paced automatically to stay well under Granola's shared limits, so larger syncs run without manual throttling.

Example workflows

Sync meeting notes and transcripts into your CRM for deal context

What you can sync

Granola MCP is supported as a source. Read meeting notes, transcripts, and folders into your data warehouse, databases, or other connected tools.

How it works

Connect your Granola account through Granola's own MCP server. Polytomic reads your meeting notes, their full transcripts, and your folders into your data warehouse, database, or other connected tools.

Each sync reads a rolling 30 day window of meetings, not your full history. Granola's MCP server does not expose an incremental read for older changes. Polytomic also pins the connection to the Granola workspace active when you authorized it. Switching workspaces in Granola stops new data from syncing until you reconnect or add a separate connection.

  • Read meeting notes with attendees, timestamps, and workspace visibility
  • Pull each note's private notes and AI generated summary
  • Read each meeting's full transcript in the same sync
  • Read folders that organize meeting notes into groups
  • Cover a rolling 30 day window on every sync
  • Requests paced automatically to respect Granola's rate limits

How to set up
