Heron Data

Polytomic connects Heron Data to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for financial analysis ETL. Replicate end users, profit and loss reports, and bank statement summaries into your data warehouse and other systems so underwriting signals sit alongside your own application data, without writing code.

What you can sync

Heron Data is supported as a source. Read end users and their financial summaries, then land them in your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools.

From Heron Data

End users with status and last updated time
Profit and loss flattened by date, section, and metric
Bank statement summaries grouped by month
Bank statement summaries grouped by data source account
Balances, deposits, withdrawals, revenue, and overdraft counts

How it works

Connect Heron with an API key and Polytomic reads your end users and their derived financial reports into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools. Heron does the transaction categorisation; this brings the resulting signals somewhere you can model and score against your own data.

Reports are flattened on the way through. Profit and loss arrives as one row per date, section, and metric rather than a nested report structure, which makes it straightforward to pivot and trend in SQL.

  • Connect Heron with an API key
  • Read end users with their status and last updated time
  • Pull profit and loss flattened by date, section, and metric
  • Read bank statement summaries grouped by month or by source account
  • Reports are fetched per end user from the end user list
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface

How to set up
