Intercom

Polytomic connects Intercom to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for support ETL and reverse ETL. Replicate conversations, contacts, companies, and tickets into your data warehouse and other systems, and push product and billing context back onto Intercom users and companies, without writing code.

What you can sync

Move data between Intercom and your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools, reading support activity out and writing customer context back in.

From Intercom

Tickets, ticket parts, and ticket types
Contacts and companies

To Intercom

Companies, matched on your own company ID

How it works

Connect Intercom and sync in either direction. Pull conversations, tickets, contacts, and companies into your data warehouse so support volume can be analyzed alongside revenue and product usage, and push context back so agents see the whole account without leaving the inbox.

Conversation parts come through as their own rows rather than being buried inside the conversation, which is what makes it practical to analyze individual replies, response times, and who said what.

  • Connect Intercom with OAuth
  • Read conversations, conversation parts, tickets, contacts, and companies
  • Read admins, teams, and tags for attribution and routing analysis
  • Write users matched on email, external ID, or Intercom ID
  • Write companies matched on your own company identifier
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface
