Invoice line items included

Every invoice syncs with its line items, so product, quantity, and price detail comes along automatically.

Sync only what changed

Invoices, clients, and payments track each record's last update, so every run pulls just what changed since the last sync.

Payments linked to invoices

Payments arrive already matched to the invoices they settle, so you can see what was paid without a separate join.

What you can sync

Payments matched to the invoices they settle
Departments and company profiles on the account

How it works

Connect InvoiceOcean as a source, then choose which objects and fields to sync into your data warehouse, databases, or spreadsheets. Polytomic handles the extract and load, with no pipelines to maintain.

Invoices, clients, and payments sync incrementally by their last-updated position. Products sync incrementally using a modified-since filter. InvoiceOcean connects as a source, moving data into your warehouse, databases, and other systems.

  • Invoices sync with full line item detail included automatically
  • Invoices, clients, and payments track updates for incremental syncing
  • Products sync incrementally using a modified-since filter on updates
  • Payments arrive already matched to the invoices they settle
  • Failed requests retry automatically without any extra configuration
  • Connects as a source, moving data into your warehouse
