Ironclad

Polytomic connects Ironclad to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for contract data ETL. Replicate workflows, records, schemas, and approver activity into your data warehouse and other systems so contract terms and cycle times can be analyzed alongside revenue and CRM data, without writing code.

What you can sync

Ironclad is supported as a source. Read contract workflow and record data, then land it in your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools.

From Ironclad

Workflows with their schemas, attributes, and roles
Records, record properties, and record links
Schemas and schema attributes describing your configured fields
Participants, reviewers, signers, and signer delegates
Users, user emails, groups, and group members

To your destinations

Data warehouses including Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks
Databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL
Cloud storage including Amazon S3 and Google Cloud Storage
SaaS tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, and spreadsheets

How it works

Connect Ironclad and Polytomic reads your contract workflows and records into your data warehouse. The model is deliberately normalized: workflows, records, schemas, and the people involved each arrive as their own table, with properties and attributes broken out into rows.

That shape is what makes the custom metadata your legal team configured usable. Because properties are rows rather than a fixed column set, a field added in Ironclad shows up without any connector change, and you pivot it into columns in SQL.
