Knock

Polytomic connects Knock to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for ETL, without writing code. Sync workflows, messages, and user data out of Knock to report on delivery and engagement alongside the rest of your data.

Knock logo

Configuration and message data together

Read Knock's workflows, guides, and broadcasts alongside the users, tenants, and messages your workflows generate.

Every environment and recipient covered

Environment scoped objects sync for every environment, and recipient scoped objects like messages and preferences sync for every user, without listing each one by hand.

Messages synced incrementally

Messages and per recipient messages read only new activity after the first run. Large notification histories stay current without a full rescan.

What you can sync

Read Knock's workspace configuration and the users, tenants, and messages your workflows generate, then sync them anywhere Polytomic can write.

From Knock

Users, tenants, preferences, and subscriptions
Messages with delivery and engagement timestamps
Workflows, broadcasts, and guides
Channels, channel groups, and email layouts
Environments, members, and workspace configuration

How it works

Connect Knock with a service token, a secret key, or both. Choose which objects to sync into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools. A service token reads workspace configuration like workflows and guides. A secret key reads runtime data like users and messages.

Environment scoped objects sync for every environment in your workspace automatically. Recipient scoped objects like messages, schedules, and preferences sync for every user. Messages sync incrementally. Later runs read only new activity since the last sync.

  • Connect with a service token, secret key, or both
  • Workspace configuration objects like workflows, guides, and broadcasts sync per environment
  • Runtime objects like users, tenants, and messages sync with your secret key
  • Per recipient objects like schedules and preferences sync for every user
  • Messages sync incrementally, reading only new activity after the first run
  • Message types, channels, and email layouts sync as configuration objects

How to set up

Knock uses two separate credentials. A service token reads workspace configuration objects. A secret key reads runtime user and message data. Enter one or both depending on what you want to sync.

How to get connected
  1. 1In Knock, create the service token, secret key, or both credentials you need
  2. 2In Polytomic, go to Connections, click Add connection, and select Knock
  3. 3Enter the service token, secret key, or both, then click Save
