Connect Kustomer with an API key and your portal subdomain, then sync customers and companies in either direction. Pull them into your data warehouse to report on support alongside revenue, or write attributes computed there back onto the record so agents see plan, health, and usage context in the conversation.

How to set up
Polytomic authenticates to Kustomer with a bearer API key. The connection also asks for your Kustomer subdomain, which is used to generate links back to individual records rather than for API traffic itself.
How to get connected
