Lago

Polytomic connects Lago to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for billing and revenue ETL. Replicate customers, subscriptions, plans, invoices, fees, and daily usage into your data warehouse and other systems so usage based billing data sits alongside product and CRM data, without writing code.

How it works

Connect Lago with an API key and choose the objects you want. Polytomic reads your billing data into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools, so revenue reporting can be built on the same platform as your product and CRM data instead of exported from Lago separately.

Daily usage gets special handling because consumption data arrives late by nature. Polytomic reads it per subscription at daily granularity, checkpoints the period it completed, and rewinds a couple of days on the next run so late arriving events are picked up rather than missed.

  • Connect Lago with an API key
  • Select from customers, subscriptions, plans, invoices, fees, and more
  • Read daily usage incrementally with a built in lookback window
  • Page through list endpoints automatically
  • Honor Lago rate limits and retry with backoff
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface
