Guests and tickets per event

Guest, coupon, and ticket-type records sync for every event automatically, without listing event IDs yourself.

Registration and check-in detail

Guest records carry registration answers, check-in timestamps, and ticket purchase amounts for attendance and revenue reporting.

Community and membership data

Sync people, person tags, event tags, and membership tiers alongside your event data to build a single view of your community.

How it works

Connect Luma with an API key, then choose which events, guests, people, and other objects to sync into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools. Polytomic handles the reads, with no pipelines to maintain.

Luma's API does not expose a changed-since filter. Each sync reads every object in full and lands the current state of your events, guests, and tickets on the schedule you set.

  • Connect Luma with an API key from your calendar settings
  • Select events, people, guests, and other objects to sync
  • Reads guests, coupons, and ticket types for every event automatically
  • Reads a complete, current snapshot of every object on each run
  • Maps Luma records to your warehouse or database tables
  • Monitor sync health and execution from one interface
