Microsoft Dynamics 365

Polytomic connects Microsoft Dynamics 365 to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for CRM ETL and reverse ETL. Replicate any Dataverse entity, including custom ones, into your data warehouse and other systems, and push scores and product usage back onto contacts and leads, without writing code.

Every entity, discovered live

Standard and custom Dataverse entities appear from your environment's own metadata, not a fixed list.

Incremental on modified time

Entities carrying a modified timestamp resume from a checkpoint rather than being reread.

Writes to contacts and leads

Push scores and usage onto the two entities sales works in, with custom columns included.

What you can sync

Move data between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools. Reads cover your whole Dataverse environment; writes target contacts and leads.

How it works

Connect Dynamics 365 with Microsoft sign in and Polytomic reads your environment's own metadata to build the object list. Every Dataverse entity the authorizing user can see appears, including custom entities your team defined, with their fields typed from the same metadata.

The two directions are deliberately different in scope. Reads cover the whole environment, while writes target contacts and leads, which are the records a sales team actually works in. That combination suits the common pattern: replicate broadly for reporting, write back narrowly where it changes what someone does.

  • Connect Dynamics 365 with Microsoft OAuth
  • Entities and fields discovered live from your Dataverse environment
  • Read any entity the authorizing user has access to, custom ones included
  • Sync incrementally on entities that carry a modified timestamp
  • Write contacts and leads with create, update, and create or update
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface

How to set up

Sign in with Microsoft to authorize Polytomic against your Dynamics environment. Entity and field discovery then runs against your environment's metadata, so what appears reflects what that account can actually see. Permissions on the authorizing user are the main thing determining your object list.

How to get connected
  1. 1In Polytomic, navigate to Connections, then Add Connection, then Microsoft Dynamics 365
  2. 2Sign in with Microsoft and authorize access to your environment
  3. 3Test the connection and review the discovered entities
  4. 4For reads, select the entities you want and choose a destination
  5. 5For writes, build a model and map fields to contacts or leads
  6. 6Set an identity field, pick a write mode, and click Save
