Every object and field

Reads every standard NetSuite OpenAir object across projects, time, billing, and resourcing, plus any custom field you have added.

Sync only what changed

Every object syncs incrementally on an updated-time filter, so each run only pulls what changed since the last sync.

API budget respected

Set the daily and per-minute request limits for your account and Polytomic paces its calls to stay under them.

Example workflows

Sync project financials into your data warehouse for margin reporting

What you can sync

Sync data out of NetSuite OpenAir into your data warehouse, databases, and other systems with full control over object and field mapping.

From NetSuite OpenAir

Projects, phases, milestones, and tasks
Time entries, expense reports, and receipts
Customers, contacts, and users
Invoices, customer POs, and billing rules
Resource bookings, requests, and utilization targets
Custom fields on every synced object

How it works

Connect NetSuite OpenAir with an API client from your account, then choose which objects and fields to sync into your data warehouse, databases, or other systems. Polytomic handles the extract and load, with no pipelines to maintain.

Almost every object syncs incrementally on its updated timestamp, and custom fields you have added in NetSuite OpenAir are discovered automatically alongside the standard fields. Retries and API throttling are handled for you, paced to the daily and per-minute limits you set.

  • Connect with a NetSuite OpenAir API client and OAuth
  • Custom fields discovered automatically alongside every standard field
  • Sync incrementally using each object's updated timestamp on every run
  • Respect the daily and per-minute API limits you set
  • Handle retries and rate limiting automatically during every sync
  • Monitor sync health and execution from one interface
