Pardot

Polytomic connects Pardot, now Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for marketing automation ETL and reverse ETL. Replicate prospects, visitor activity, and list membership into your data warehouse and other systems, and write scores back onto prospects, without writing code.

Visitor level activity

Visitors, visits, and visitor activities, not just prospect summaries.

Custom fields discovered

Prospect custom fields are read from your account, not a fixed list.

What you can sync

Move data between Pardot and your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools, reading marketing activity out and writing prospect data back in.

From Pardot

Prospects and prospect accounts
Visitors, visits, and visitor activities
Lists, list membership, and list emails
Forms, form handlers, and email clicks
Campaigns, opportunities, and users

To Pardot

Prospects, with create, update, and upsert
Custom prospect fields discovered from your account
Matching on prospect ID or email
Scores and lifecycle fields computed in your data warehouse

How it works

Connect Pardot and sync in both directions. Pull prospects, visitor activity, forms, lists, and campaigns into your data warehouse so marketing engagement can be joined to pipeline, and write scores and enriched fields back onto prospects.

Custom prospect fields are discovered from your account rather than being a fixed list, and they are available on both reads and writes. Checkbox and multi select values come through as arrays, which keeps them usable rather than collapsing them into delimited strings.

  • Connect Pardot to Polytomic
  • Read prospects with dynamically discovered custom fields
  • Read visitors, visits, and visitor activities for attribution
  • Read lists, list membership, forms, campaigns, and opportunities
  • Write prospects with create, update, and upsert
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface

How to set up

Once connected, prospects appear with your account's custom fields discovered automatically, alongside the visitor, list, form, and campaign objects. Pardot becomes available as a destination for prospect writes.

How to get connected
  1. 1In Polytomic, navigate to Connections, then Add Connection, then Pardot
  2. 2Authorize against your Pardot or Account Engagement account
  3. 3Test the connection
  4. 4For reads, select the objects you want and choose a destination
  5. 5For writes, build a model and map fields to prospects
  6. 6Choose your identity field, set a schedule, and click Save
