How it works

Connect Reply with an API key and sync in either direction. Pull contacts, accounts, lists, sequences, and tasks into your data warehouse so outbound activity can be joined to CRM opportunities, and upsert contacts from your data warehouse back into Reply so targeting reflects what you actually know about an account.

Contact records carry their current sequence, step, account, and enrollment status, so you can report on where people sit in outbound motion without a separate memberships object to join.

  • Connect Reply with an API key
  • Read contacts, accounts, lists, sequences, tasks, and templates
  • Upsert contacts matching on Reply contact ID or email
  • Write custom field values through the custom field mapping
  • Set create and update behavior per field
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface
