Rippling

Polytomic connects Rippling to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for HR data ETL. Replicate workers, compensation, departments, and custom objects into your data warehouse and other systems so headcount and org structure can be analyzed alongside the rest of the business, without writing code.

What you can sync

Rippling is supported as a source. Read worker and organizational data, then land it in your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools.

From Rippling

Workers with employment and compensation detail
Users and companies
Departments, teams, work locations, and employment types
Supergroups with their members and exclusions
Custom fields and dynamically discovered custom objects

To your destinations

Data warehouses including Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks
Databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL
Cloud storage including Amazon S3 and Google Cloud Storage
SaaS tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, and spreadsheets

How it works

Connect Rippling and Polytomic reads your worker and organizational data into your data warehouse: workers with their employment and compensation detail, users and companies, departments, teams, locations, employment types, and the group structures around them.

Custom objects your team defined in Rippling are discovered automatically along with their fields, so anything specific to how your company models its people comes through without a connector change.

  • Connect Rippling with an API token and the Platform API add on
  • Read workers with employment, manager, and compensation detail
  • Read companies, departments, teams, locations, and employment types
  • Read supergroups with their members and exclusions
  • Read custom fields and dynamically discovered custom objects
  • Sync workers incrementally on their last updated time
