API budget respected

Requests to Salesbricks stay within its rate limit automatically. Bulk syncs of invoices, orders, and payments finish without manual throttling.

Incremental sync

Invoices, orders, and payments sync incrementally after the first run. Each later sync covers only the records changed since the last one.

Usage matched by transaction ID

Usage entries sync into Salesbricks matched on transaction ID. An entry already synced updates instead of creating a duplicate.

How it works

Connect Salesbricks with an API key. Polytomic syncs invoices, orders, and payments through its GraphQL API. After the first run, each sync covers only the records that changed since the last one.

Polytomic syncs only one object into Salesbricks: usage entries. Each entry is matched by transaction ID. An entry already synced is updated, not duplicated. Requests to Salesbricks stay within its API rate limit automatically.

  • Sync invoices, orders, and payments from the Salesbricks GraphQL API
  • Sync only records changed since the previous run
  • Sync usage entries into Salesbricks to trigger metered subscription billing
  • Match usage entries by transaction ID to avoid duplicate records
  • Requests to Salesbricks stay within its API rate limit automatically
  • Connect with a single Salesbricks API key, no OAuth required
