Salesloft

Polytomic connects Salesloft to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for sales engagement ETL and reverse ETL. Replicate people, accounts, cadences, calls, emails, and conversation transcriptions into your data warehouse and other systems, and add people to cadences from your data warehouse, without writing code.

How it works

Connect Salesloft with OAuth or an API key and sync in either direction. Pull people, accounts, cadences, calls, and emails into your data warehouse so outbound activity can be measured against pipeline, and write back to keep records current or enroll people into cadences from a model you built.

Cadence enrollment is the workflow that makes this more than reporting. A model that scores or ranks leads in your data warehouse can push the qualifying people straight into an active cadence, optionally setting the owner and the step they start on, so prioritization becomes automatic rather than a list someone works through manually.

  • Connect Salesloft with OAuth or an API key
  • Read people, accounts, cadences, calls, emails, and conversations
  • Sync incrementally on updated timestamps for most objects
  • Write people and accounts, matching on ID, email, domain, or CRM ID
  • Add people to active cadences with an optional owner and starting step
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface

How to set up

Both authentication methods are supported. OAuth uses an authorization code flow with refresh tokens and can run against your own Salesloft application credentials if your security team prefers that. An API key with bearer authentication also works. Some public documentation mentions OAuth only, but the API key path is implemented.

How to get connected
  1. 1In Polytomic, navigate to Connections, then Add Connection, then Salesloft
  2. 2Choose OAuth and authorize, or paste a Salesloft API key
  3. 3Grant the sensitive email scope if you need email subject and body
  4. 4Test the connection
  5. 5Select the objects you want to sync, or create a write sync
  6. 6Click Save

See the documentation for full setup details.
