How it works

Connect ShipBob and Polytomic reads your fulfillment data into your data warehouse: orders with their products and shipments, shipment status detail, current inventory by fulfillment center and lot, plus products, channels, returns, and locations.

Shipments are flattened out of the orders they belong to rather than read from a separate endpoint, which means you get one row per shipment ready to analyze rather than having to unpack a nested structure yourself.

  • Connect ShipBob with OAuth and the read scopes you need
  • Read orders with their products and shipments
  • Read shipment status details for fulfillment timing
  • Read current inventory by fulfillment center and lot
  • Read products, channels, returns, fulfillment centers, and locations
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface
