Stord

Polytomic connects Stord to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for fulfillment and logistics ETL. Replicate sales orders, inventory balances, shipments, returns, and billing into your data warehouse and other systems so operations data can be joined to revenue and customer records, without writing code.

How it works

Connect Stord with an API key plus your organization and network identifiers, then choose from twenty six operations objects. Polytomic reads them into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools, so fulfillment performance can be joined to orders, revenue, and customer records.

Twelve of those objects read incrementally, each using whatever filter Stord's endpoint actually supports, and every object is deduplicated so the deliberate overlap those filters produce does not inflate your counts.

  • Connect Stord with an API key, organization ID, and network ID
  • Select from orders, inventory, products, returns, facilities, and billing
  • Read incrementally on updated, inserted, or processed time where available
  • Deduplicate every object to absorb intentional read overlap
  • Page through cursor and page number endpoints automatically
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface

How to set up

Polytomic authenticates to Stord with a bearer API key. The connection also needs your Stord organization ID and network ID, because every endpoint path is scoped to them. That means one connection covers one organization and network pairing.

How to get connected
  1. 1In Stord, generate an API key
  2. 2Note your Stord organization ID and network ID
  3. 3In Polytomic, navigate to Connections, then Add Connection, then Stord
  4. 4Enter the API key, organization ID, and network ID
  5. 5Test the connection
  6. 6Select the objects you want to sync and click Save
