Questions become fields

Survey questions sync as their own fields, including NPS, ratings, and matrix grids. Matrix questions break out into one field per row.

Respondent context included

Responses carry visitor ID, contact details, and custom attributes. You know who answered without a separate lookup.

Sync only new responses

Sync runs include only the responses received since the last run. Nothing repeats and nothing is missed.

Example workflows

Sync NPS and CSAT survey responses into your data warehouse for reporting

What you can sync
