Tabs

Polytomic connects Tabs to your data warehouse, databases, and SaaS tools for billing and revenue ETL. Replicate customers, contracts, obligations, invoices, and payments into your data warehouse and other systems so recognized revenue and billing terms can be modeled alongside CRM and product data, without writing code.

What you can sync

Tabs is supported as a source. Read your billing and revenue object model and land it in your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools.

How it works

Connect Tabs with an API key and choose the objects you want. Polytomic reads your billing and revenue data into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools, so revenue reporting can be built alongside CRM and product data rather than exported from Tabs separately.

The important structural thing to know is that contracts carry the relationship and dates, while the money lives on obligations. Pricing tiers, billing schedules, discounts, seat configuration, and recognized revenue by period all hang off the obligation, joined back to the contract.

  • Connect Tabs with an API key
  • Read customers, contracts, obligations, invoices, and payments
  • Get pricing tiers and recognized revenue nested on obligations
  • Sync customers, contracts, invoices, and events incrementally
  • Read usage events and event types for consumption analysis
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface
