How it works
Connect TestRail with a username and API key and choose the objects you want. Polytomic reads them into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools, so QA results can be joined to deploys, incidents, and product usage instead of living only in TestRail's own reports.
TestRail's object model is hierarchical, so Polytomic traverses projects to reach suites, runs, plans, and results, and flattens plan entries into their constituent runs so you get a table you can actually query.

How to set up
Polytomic connects to TestRail using HTTP basic authentication with a username and API key. The hostname is configurable and defaults to HTTPS, and subpath installations are supported, so a self hosted instance served from a path such as /testrail/index.php works the same way TestRail Cloud does.
