How it works

Connect Tixr with a client private key and secret, then choose which objects to sync into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools. Polytomic follows Tixr's group hierarchy automatically, syncing events, orders, and other data for every group your credential can access.

Each sync brings the complete history for the objects you select, rather than only new activity, so plan your schedule around event and order volume.

  • Connect using a Tixr client private key and secret
  • Choose which Tixr objects to sync into your warehouse
  • Every accessible group's data syncs automatically, no manual picking
  • Orders carry ticket and payment installment detail automatically
  • Custom form answers sync linked to their originating order
  • Each run syncs full object history, not just new activity

How to set up

Tixr connections authenticate with a client private key and secret instead of OAuth. Generate both values in your Tixr account, then enter them in Polytomic to save the connection.

How to get connected
  1. 1In Tixr, generate a client private key and client secret for your account
  2. 2In Polytomic, go to Connections, click Add connection, and select Tixr
