Voucherify

Polytomic connects Voucherify to your data warehouse, databases, and other tools for ETL. Sync vouchers, redemptions, and loyalty activity out of Voucherify to see promotions next to orders and revenue, without writing code.

Custom fields as columns

Metadata schema fields you define in Voucherify for vouchers, campaigns, and customers sync as columns, without manual mapping.

Incremental sync

Vouchers, customers, campaigns, and other core objects sync only what changed since the last run.

Full loyalty hierarchy

Programs, tiers, and each member's loyalty cards sync together, including card activity and transactions.

Example workflows

Track loyalty program enrollment and tier progression over time

What you can sync

Voucherify is supported as a source. Read your vouchers, campaigns, redemptions, and loyalty program data into your data warehouse, databases, or other connected tools.

From Voucherify

Vouchers, campaigns, and redemptions
Customers and their activity
Orders, products, and SKUs
Loyalty programs, tiers, and member cards
Segments, categories, and validation rules

How it works

Connect Voucherify with an Application ID and secret key. Choose the objects you want to sync. Polytomic reads vouchers, campaigns, redemptions, customer activity, and the full loyalty program model into your data warehouse, databases, or other connected tools.

Custom fields you define in Voucherify's metadata schemas come through automatically for the objects that support them. A separate Management API credential unlocks project configuration objects such as users, webhooks, and stacking rules.

  • Objects and custom fields discovered directly from your Voucherify project
  • Vouchers, customers, campaigns, and other core objects sync incrementally
  • Loyalty programs, tiers, and member cards synced with full hierarchy
  • Each loyalty card's activity and transactions read automatically per member
  • Voucher and campaign transactions linked back to their parent record
  • Management API objects available with a separate optional credential

How to set up

Voucherify issues an Application ID and secret key from your project's API keys. Polytomic also needs to know which region your project runs in: North America, Europe, or Asia. A separate Management API ID and token are optional. They are required only to sync project configuration objects such as users, webhooks, and stacking rules.

How to get connected
  1. 1In Voucherify, copy your project's Application ID and secret key
  2. 2In Polytomic, go to Connections, click Add connection, and select Voucherify
  3. 3Enter the Application ID, secret key, and region, then click Save
