Orders, shipments, fulfillment orders, and customer returns sync incrementally. Each run syncs only the records that changed since the last run. Items, inventory, and reporting objects sync in full every time. Walmart does not expose a change cursor for those objects.

How to set up
Walmart Marketplace authenticates with a client ID and client secret issued for API access. Polytomic requests and refreshes the access token automatically. You do not need to manage tokens yourself.
