What you can sync

How it works

Connect Wavelength with an API key. Polytomic syncs accounts, contacts, and deals in either direction. Records move into your data warehouse or into Wavelength itself. Accounts and contacts match on company domain instead of Wavelength's internal ID.

Each sync after the first reads only the records changed since the last run. Requests stay under Wavelength's rate limit automatically. Deals require the account's external ID to attach correctly. Each write updates a matching record or creates one if none exists.

  • Accounts, contacts, and deals sync automatically in either direction
  • Match accounts and contacts by domain, no ID lookups needed
  • Sync only records changed since the last run
  • Renewal dates and contract value sync into Wavelength accounts
  • Custom attributes on each record sync without schema changes
  • Requests stay under Wavelength's API rate limit automatically

How to set up
